Tanks & Vessels
Tanks ranging from simple, standard designs to custom vessels of over 5m diameter with capacities in excess of 100m³ and manufactured in a range of corrosion resistant GRP materials. A dual laminate construction method is employed, which combines the chemical resistance of a thermoplastic inner lining with the structural integrity of an external glass resin composite.

Scrubbing Columns
Brooks Composites can supply purpose built scrubbing or odour control columns, capable of handling and processing an extensive range of hazardous chemical materials. These columns can be assembled within modular steelwork structures together with associated pipework, pumps and instrumentation ready for despatch to site as a pre-tested modular unit.

Piping and Ductwork
Equipment ranging from small diameter pipes up to complex ductwork systems within large process plants can be manufactured. Products are offered in the whole range of GRP corrosion resistant materials together with the dual laminate construction based on a thermoplastic inner liner and GRP structure.

Linings
The company specialises in the installation of a range of corrosion resistant linings for protection of vessels, bund areas, pumps, fans and road tankers. The appropriate linings are matched with the specified duty condition and may consist of unreinforced thermoplastics, fibre composite reinforced resins or flake glass reinforced resins. All staff are highly experienced, trained and certified for working in confined spaces.

Settling and Humus Tanks
The company has extensive experience in the design and construction of humus and settling tanks for the waste water treatment industry. Tanks ranging in size to over 150m³ can be fabricated, incorporating access bridges, diffusion drums, weir plates and scum boards.

Pumpwells
The company offers both custom and standard designs for submersible duty, ranging in size from 600mm diameter to 3000mm diameter. These pumpwells can be offered in a range of corrosion resistant materials to handle contents from waste water to highly aggressive substances. We can also specify and supply a range of ancillary equipment including submersible pumps, float switches, integral guide rails, external covers, together with associated valves and pipework.

Site Services
Brooks Composites maintain a mobile site service team of experienced and well equipped personnel, able to respond to your requirements for installation, modification, maintenance or inspection of your glass/resin composite or thermoplastic tanks, vessels, pipework or linings.

Equipment carried includes hot air welders, socket and butt welding machines, spark testers and ultrasonic measurement instruments.
